Delivery and Collection

You are very welcome to collect the china hired from our home address in Poole, and you will be responsible for returning it within the three day hire period.  Failure to return the china within the three day hire period will incur additional day hire charges.  A free set up/collect service by us is available at your venue.

All items hired will have been washed and inspected prior to packing by Granny's China Cupboard.

Upon collection or delivery you will be asked to check all the items hired and to sign a hire agreement.  Please check all items on unpacking and let us know immediately if there is any damage.  Please be advised that the hirer is responsible for all the items hired until they are returned within the agreed period of time to Granny's China Cupboard.

Cleaning, packing and returning

The crockery is vintage and very delicate, all we ask is that, after use please remove all food from the plates, and rinse the teapots and tea cups with cold water to remove drink residues, and the repack the china back into the wicker hampers provided.    Please do not put any of the china in a dishwasher, as this is not suitable for vintage china and causes fragile items to crack and the paintwork to fade.

Granny's China Cupboard want you to be 100% satisfied with our service.  In the unlikely event that you are not happy, please contact us immediately either by email or telephone, in order that we can quickly resolve any issues.
